Overview

Are you a strategic problem solver with a passion for solving sophisticated business challenges? We’re looking for a Technical Business Analyst to help bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

How you'll make an impact

In this role, you’ll:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the insurance domain (strong stakeholder management is key) to see opportunities and optimise processes.
  • Translate sophisticated requirements into clear, actionable plans for technology teams.
  • Work closely with Product Owners on software projects, ensuring successful delivery and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering and collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and third parties.
  • Define and detail the business analysis approach and scope.
  • Capture and prioritise business requirements with clear traceability.
  • Provide high-quality analysis and support across project and technology teams.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships to drive successful change.
About You

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the insurance sector (but this is not a deal breaker).
  • Experience working with and supporting software projects.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis tools, techniques, and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in tools such as Azure DevOps, Lucid, Figma, Visio, and MS Office Suite.
  • Experience working in Agile environments is highly desirable.
