Finance Director
- Competitive £120k base salary plus performance bonus

- Act as a strategic partner to senior management, providing insights and recommendations
- Oversee regulatory compliance, statutory accounts, and audit processes

- Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team Candidate Profile
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
- Extensive experience in senior finance leadership, ideally within investment banking or financial services
- Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting, capital requirements, and regulatory frameworks
