Luxury Travel Planner London
Our client is a high-end luxury travel company who create inspiring travel itineraries for the discerning clientele. The luxury tour operator tailor makes truly bespoke travel experiences from scratch to match the client’s requirements.
Due to success and expansion, they are now seeking an experienced Luxury Trip Planner to join their friendly team.
The team work together to create and deliver unique and exceptional experiences. These are richer and more textured than traditional luxury travel offerings and ultimately become treasured memories for most treasured travel memories.
This exciting role entails a wide range of tasks in which no day will be the same, this includes:
- Researching European and Worldwide destinations for clients
- Arranging travel for clients
- Attending travel industry events
- Develop market leading luxury travel products
- Be the first point of contact for clients
- Manage client projects from start to finish
- Provide admin support
- Provide content to the marketing team
- Promote company through social media
- Develop new business opportunities through networking
To be the cut above the rest:
- MUST have experience within a luxury tour operator within sales
- Excellent written English and impeccable personal presentation
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Must be able to multi-task and manage a number of concurrent projects
- Passion for experiential travel
- Comfortable working directly with high net worth clients
