Block Manager

What You’ll Do:
- Manage the day-to-day operations for a portfolio of residential blocks.
- Act as the primary point of contact for leaseholders, residents, and contractors.
- Oversee all maintenance and repair works, ensuring timely completion.
- Conduct regular property inspections and address maintenance needs.
- Assist with the preparation of service charge budgets and ensure accurate financial records.
- Ensure all properties comply with health and safety regulations.
- Organize and attend residents’ meetings.
- Provide regular reports on block management activities to senior management.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience in block management or property management.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive under pressure.
- Familiarity with property management software.
- A solid understanding of relevant property legislation and health and safety regulations.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
