• Act as the primary point of contact for leaseholders, residents, and contractors.
• Oversee all maintenance and repair works, ensuring timely completion.
• Conduct regular property inspections and address maintenance needs.
• Assist with the preparation of service charge budgets and ensure accurate financial records.
• Ensure all properties comply with health and safety regulations.
• Organize and attend residents’ meetings.
• Provide regular reports on block management activities to senior management.

• Proven experience in block management or property management.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive under pressure.
• Familiarity with property management software.
• A solid understanding of relevant property legislation and health and safety regulations.

• A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
