The Role

Perched on the rooftop, Eagle Bar is a destination of effortless elegance, where chic interiors meet expansive roof terraces offering breathtaking views over Grosvenor Square and Hyde Park. A space that feels luxurious yet inviting, is London’s definitive spot for those who appreciate the finer things.

We are seeking a warm and charismatic Host to be the first point of welcome for our guests. As a Host, you will embody the art of relationship hospitality — creating an inviting, elegant, and effortless arrival experience. With a poised and professional manner, you will manage reservations, coordinate seating, and set the tone for memorable experiences that reflect the highest standards of Rosewood service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Extending a warm, genuine welcome to every guest upon arrival.

• Managing reservations and waitlists efficiently, ensuring smooth flow of service and wait times are managed with care and transparency.

• Collaborating seamlessly with the bar and floor teams to maintain a smooth, coordinated, and elevated service environment.

• Building genuine rapport with guests by remembering names, preferences, and other details.

• Anticipating guest needs and personalising each interaction with thoughtful detail.

• Upholding the Eagle Bar ethos by representing the venue and company with professionalism, warmth, and integrity.

About You

• A natural people person, confident in building rapport with diverse guests.

• Previous experience in a luxury or high-profile hospitality environment preferred.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• Calm, professional, and gracious under pressure, with excellent attention to detail.

• Passionate about delivering warm, memorable, and personalised service.
