You’ll be joining a collaborative and proactive team that is passionate about child-centred care and community engagement.

Independently assess, diagnose, manage, and evaluate outcomes for children with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs, including complex cases.
Provide school-based interventions and collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and families to ensure integrated support.
Deliver therapy in line with evidence-based practice, adapting to the needs of individual children across different school environments.
Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive clinical records and reports.
Support the development of therapy programmes and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
Provide clinical supervision and support to junior staff where appropriate.
Contribute to Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) processes through assessments and reports.
Adhere to local safeguarding, clinical governance, and health and safety policies.
