Become a vital part of the team that keeps the UK moving! As a Roadside Technician , you will leverage your Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (or equivalent) and at least 2 years of experience to provide exceptional roadside assistance. Here’s what you can expect:

• A competitive base salary of £41,600 (including London Weighting Allowance, if applicable) with a realistic OTE of £66,000. Top performers can earn significantly more through bonuses and enhanced overtime rates.
• Start and finish your shifts from your driveway, with demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week and optional overtime available.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Roadside Technician, you will:

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Provide quick and confident solutions for various issues, from flat batteries to complex fault-finding.
• Ensure outstanding member service while tackling challenges head-on.

What You’ll Need:

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach.
• A full UK driving licence.

Working Conditions:

You will start and end your day at home, equipped with your own RAC van, fuel card, full uniform, essential tools, and diagnostic kit. This role combines technical expertise with outstanding member service in a fast-paced environment.
