Materials Admin Assistant - Growing Womenswear Brand
People Marketing is looking for a detail-driven, highly organised, enthusiastic Materials Admin Assistant knowledgeable of the fashion industry to join a growing womenswear brand in central London.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, creative head office environment, where the successful applicant will work closely with design and production teams and international suppliers to help bring high-quality collections to life.
This graduate-level role is an amazing opportunity for an eager-to-learn recruit who will receive all the support they need to grow and develop in the business.
Materials Admin Assistant – Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with approvals of lab dips and bulk submissions
- Support the development process by actioning and approving print strike-offs
- Assist with fabric sourcing, including administrative coordination and tracking developments
- Liaise with overseas suppliers to manage timelines, approvals, and communication
- Provide general administrative support across the product development team
- Create and maintain line-ups, boards, and visual tools to support seasonal development
Materials Admin Assistant – What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Interest in fabrics and product development for womenswear.
- Confident communicator, eager to learn and develop skills.
