Insurance Administrator

Our client, a leading Syndicate, is seeking an Insurance Administrator to support its Operations department. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone with at least one year’s experience in an administrative role who is looking to continue to build their career in Insurance.
The role will involve providing day-to-day administrative support, including preparing reports and presentations, scheduling meetings, and maintaining accurate documentation. The candidate will also assist with ESG reporting, support facilities management by liaising with suppliers and managing invoices, and help ensure the office runs smoothly.
The successful candidate will have at least one year’s administrative experience within the insurance sector and be confident using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
