Teacher of Biology Required - Harrow Independent School
We are working with a school in Harrow recruiting for a Biology Teacher for a temporary role. This elite independent school is known for its scientific heritage and features world-class laboratory facilities.
The Role You will teach Biology at KS4 and KS5 (A-Level), with General Science at KS3. The role focuses on practical-heavy lessons that challenge students to engage with complex biological systems and experimental design. Key responsibilities include:
Delivering high-quality Biology lessons to GCSE and A-Level cohorts
Supervising advanced practical experiments in specialist labs
Teaching complex concepts such as genetics and biochemistry
Using data to ensure top-tier academic outcomes
Managing a safe, high-spec laboratory alongside specialist technicians
