As Project Director, Commuter Fleets, London, you will lead the delivery of critical commuter rail projects. Managing a portfolio across multiple customers and sites in the south of England, you will drive initiatives that connect communities and transform daily journeys. Your leadership will ensure safe, reliable, and sustainable mobility solutions for one of the world's most dynamic cities.

- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver commuter fleet projects on time and within budget.
- Drive strategic alignment between project objectives and Alstom’s mission to connect cities.
- Engage and influence diverse stakeholders, ensuring collaboration and shared success. Champion a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
- Anticipate challenges, adapt plans, and ensure high-quality outcomes for passengers and partners.
You'll work with sharp, committed teams across engineering, operations, and design — solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility. As Project Director, you will set the vision and empower teams to deliver impactful solutions for London’s commuters.

- Proven experience leading large-scale, complex infrastructure or transportation projects.
- Ability to align learning and team development with strategic goals. Expertise in building adaptable, high-performing teams and fostering a safe, inclusive environment.
- Strong stakeholder engagement externally & internally, influencing, and communication skills across functions and cultures.
- Track record of delivering on commitments, driving accountability, and translating strategy into measurable outcomes.
