A lovely family based in Totteridge, London, is seeking a Full-time Live-in Nanny-Housekeeper to help care for their two boys, aged 8 and 12 years old, while maintaining their family home to a high standard.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience and will speak fluent English. Someone reliable, organised, proactive, and confident balancing shared care with housekeeping and cooking duties would be ideal for this role.
The nanny-housekeeper will be responsible for school drop-offs and pick-ups, supporting the children’s daily routines, and working alongside the mother in a shared-care arrangement.
Housekeeping duties will include maintaining a 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home, including laundry, ironing, dusting, polishing, bed making, linen changes, floor care, deep cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen, dishwasher management, and maintaining an exceptionally clean environment. Experience polishing silverware and marble would also be helpful.
The role will also include cooking for the family. The family has one small dog, so someone comfortable around pets would be ideal. No weekend support or family travel will be required.
A driver is required for this role.
The candidate will be provided with separate accommodation, including a kitchenette, own bedroom, and bathroom.
A valid first aid certification is required for this role.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 to 10:00 and 16:00 to 20:00
Duties include:
- caring for two boys, aged 8 and 12 years old
- carrying out school drop-offs and pick-ups
- supporting the children’s daily routines
- working alongside the mother in a shared-care role
- maintaining a 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home
- managing laundry and ironing
- dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
- making beds and changing linens
- sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- deep cleaning bathrooms and the kitchen
- loading and unloading the dishwasher
- maintaining an exceptionally clean home environment
- polishing silverware and marble when required
- cooking meals for the family
- working around one small dog in the home
The family is looking for someone who can start on 15 September 2026.
