Account Executive

The MISSION Group
London

Who are we?

We are krow kinetic, a Marketing and Communications agency with 40 years of experience, that specialises in working with the most exciting, forward thinking mobility brands and manufacturers. We’re based in a beautiful, converted barn on the rural edge of Bournemouth, but still just a 20-minute drive from some of the best beaches in Dorset. We’re fortunate to be based in a fantastic location that blends the best of both rural and coastal life.

krow kinetic is a part of The MISSION Group Plc . The Brand Performance Group - a collective of digital marketing and communications Agencies

How do we do it?

Our unique fusion of in-house creative, strategy, data, back and front-end developers means that we are able to use creativity to change human behaviour. We do this by originating highly relevant and connected human experiences, in whatever form is needed. Using our values of better together, imagine greater, being bold, believing in the power of small and being difference makers, we inspire people to change the way they think about mobility. Check out krowkinetic.com for more on this.

So, who are we looking for?

We are looking for a motivated Account Executive to join our luxury automotive account team, supporting the delivery of high-quality marketing communications. This is a hybrid role, typically based three days a week in our Bournemouth or London offices, with flexibility to work remotely on other days. You should be within commutable distance of these locations.

Reporting to the Senior Account Manager and Business Director, you’ll be confident managing multiple priorities and maintaining strong attention to detail. You’ll be skilled at building effective relationships, coordinating a variety of tasks, and ensuring smooth project delivery — from responding to client requests and managing campaigns, to collaborating with our studio team and handling project finance and reporting.

You’ll enjoy working with detail, approach challenges with a solution-focused mindset, and take pride in delivering accurate, reliable outcomes. Creative thinking and collaboration will help you find the most effective way to get the job done. Above all, we’re looking for someone who is dependable, has a positive attitude and is committed to supporting the team’s success.

What are the key responsibilities?

  • Managing the day-to-day delivery of client briefs in line with agreed SLAs

  • Ensuring high-quality project delivery that meets client brand standards

  • Coordinating client communications across email, Teams, and phone

  • Collaborating with internal teams – planning, studio, digital – to deliver work in line with client briefs

  • Raising quotes, scheduling resources, and managing briefs from start to finish

  • Supporting larger creative campaigns and productions as required

  • Assisting with content development

  • Making minor copy updates where needed

  • Contributing to reporting requirements

  • Using approved krow kinetic processes and systems on a daily basis

Is there any specific experience, skills or qualifications needed?

  • Effective communicator, comfortable via phone, email, and face-to-face

  • Flexible and adaptable approach to working to meet client and project needs

  • Experience in an agency, similar role, or relevant transferable experience

  • Strong project management skills, including handling purchase orders and invoicing

  • Interest in or experience within the automotive sector is welcome but not essential

  • Understanding of digital projects and processes

  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills

  • Familiarity with agency processes and systems is desirable but not essential

  • This is a dynamic role offering the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of agency life. Occasional flexibility outside standard hours may be required, with notice provided in advance

Why join us?

You’ll be part of a creative team that genuinely cares about the work and about each other. We back ideas that make an impact, and we give our people the space and support to grow. If you want to push boundaries, raise standards and make great things happen, you’ll fit right in.

What We Offer

We believe our team does their best work when they feel supported, valued and fulfilled. That’s why we offer a comprehensive benefits package and development opportunities, including:

  • 25 days’ holiday, increasing to 29 after two years’ service, plus Bank Holidays

  • Company pension scheme, with enhanced Employer contributions after 1 years’ service

  • Medical Cash Plan – including employee assist programme, contributions to dental, optical, physio etc.

  • Employee Discount Scheme – an online platform for all staff offering a variety of discounts at various shopping outlets, gyms etc

  • Electric Car Purchase Scheme, via Salary Sacrifice

  • Outstanding training and progression, including access to LinkedIn Learning and The Mission Group Learning Management System

  • Employee referral scheme

  • Regular staff social events

  • Company Christmas closure

  • Cycle To Work scheme

  • Mission Share Scheme

Inclusion Matters

At krow we believe the best ideas come from diverse perspectives and that culture only thrives when everyone has the space to show up as themselves. We're committed to building an environment that’s welcoming, respectful and genuinely inclusive for all.

We’re proud to be a Disability Confident Committed (Level 1) Employer. That means we’ve pledged to make our recruitment process accessible and inclusive, promote our roles widely, and offer interviews to disabled applicants who meet the minimum criteria. We also anticipate and provide reasonable adjustments where needed because supporting every candidate matters.
