TrueLayer’s Integration Sales team is responsible for onboarding and integrating our clients into our platform. We rely on them to ensure clients are given world-class service with the utmost trust and diligence and ensure that their experience of using TrueLayer’s products exceeds their expectations.
Solutions Engineers (Integration Sales Managers at TrueLayer) are “Trusted Advisors”, working to map out use cases and ensure our Customers realise the value in our service. We are looking for Integration Sales Managers to facilitate the onboarding and technical integration which includes providing technical guidance, feedback and best practices based on the customer use cases. This also includes working with prospects and showing them solutions as to how an integration with TrueLayer would solve their problems.
The Integration Sales Manager is a TrueLayer expert, being an advocate externally and bridging the relationship between customers and internal teams of product, sales and engineering.

What we expect from you as an Senior Integration Sales Manager:
- A real sense of ownership for the customers you are responsible for.
- An ability to listen to customer problems and requirements, and then translate these into scoping documents and implementation plans.
- Show technical leadership, by identifying best practices for API integration and assisting customers with their implementation
- An eye for design and detail, that brings the integration to the next level of quality.
- Advocate for our customer needs internally by delivering insightful, quantitative feedback
- Build a strong commercial relationship with customers, which means a high level of trust and an ability to influence their decision-making.
- Work closely with customers on identifying unique use cases, and developing collateral to assist in their product build
- An ability to work highly cross-functionally internally, liaising across Product, Engineering, Sales, Design and more.
About you:
- Have experience in a Sales Integration, Sales Onboarding, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, Technical Support, Developer relations or similar role.
- Enjoy working on complex projects
- A good understanding of APIs
- Can switch between communicating with internal and external stakeholders, both technical and non-technical
- Be able to prioritise efficiently without compromising on quality
- Be focused in your approach and think ahead of customer needs to ensure a seamless consumer experience
We would be particularly excited if you have:
- Experience working with Product and Engineering teams
- Experience working in eCommerce or iGaming
- Experience managing customers with large $100m+ revenue
- A computer science or technology focused degree
- The ability to speak fluently in multiple European languages.
