Your Role at Lunchtime
As a Midday Meal Supervisor, your responsibilities include:
Supervising pupils during lunch and playtime

Supervising playground activities, games, and social interaction
Supporting children who are upset, anxious, or experiencing difficulties
Managing low-level behavioural issues calmly and fairly
Communicating concerns to teaching staff or senior leaders
Maintaining adherence to school health, safety, and safeguarding policies
You will act as a consistent, positive adult in children’s daily routine, helping them feel secure and confident.
