Location: Havering Are you a Psychology Graduate looking to start a career working with children with special educational needs? This is an exciting opportunity for a Psychology Graduate to gain hands-on experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant in a supportive and inclusive school environment based in Havering. We are working with a well-established school in Havering that is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to join their team as a SEN Teaching Assistant. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for psychology, education and training, and a desire to make a real difference in the lives of young learners. The Role: Support students with special educational needs (SEN) in and out of the classroom
Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to create personalised learning plans
Help promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeingRequirements: A degree in Psychology (2:2 or above)
A genuine interest in education and training
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Resilience, empathy, and patience
