Account Executive
Reapit – Who are we?
Reapit is the original end-to-end business technology provider for estate agencies of all sizes. We’ve been helping sales and lettings agents build relationships and grow their businesses for more than 25 years. Our technology empowers property professionals across Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and New Zealand to work with buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords to deliver a dream home experience.
Worldwide, over 78,000 agents across more than 15,000 branches use Reapit to run their businesses, manage properties, collect rent, engage clients, and provide outstanding customer service every time.
What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the UK Head of Sales, you’ll be involved in:
Owning the full 360° sales cycle — from prospecting and lead qualification to closing new business.
Actively sourcing and qualifying leads through cold calls, research, LinkedIn outreach, events, and industry intel.
Understanding and articulating Reapit’s and PayProp's value proposition to a wide range of prospective customers.
Building strong, trust-based relationships with key decision makers in estate and letting agencies.
Handling objections confidently and creatively to keep opportunities moving forward.
Demonstrating software solutions (with support where needed) and managing a consultative sales process.
Keeping your pipeline, activity and forecasting up to date in Hubspot.
Collaborating with the wider sales, marketing, and product teams to continuously improve messaging, targeting, and approach.
Who we’re looking for
At Reapit, we prioritise hiring individuals who share our values and possess the right attitudes and behaviours for success. Whilst some of the listed requirements may be important, don’t worry if you don’t meet all of them, we’d still like to hear from you.
A proven, self-motivated salesperson — someone who thrives on the hunt and loves the challenge of winning new business.
Knowledge of the Reapit or PayProp platforms.
Resilient and tenacious: you’re not afraid to cold call, face rejection, or push through objections.
Coachable and adaptable: open to feedback and eager to keep learning, whether it’s sales techniques or understanding our industry.
Curious and commercial: you do your homework, read industry publications, listen to podcasts, and understand the market you're selling into.
Confident communicator: able to get in front of senior stakeholders and run professional, structured sales conversations.
Experience with sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger) is a plus, but not essential.
The interview process will involve video calls with the Head of Talent, Head of Sales Operations and an in-person meeting at our office in London (Farringdon).
What your impact and success looks like
As an Account Executive we expect your success and impact in the early stages of your career with us to look something like this:
Within 1 month:
Fully onboarded, with a solid understanding of PayProp (a Reapit product), sales process, and ICP (ideal customer profile).
Comfortable navigating Hubspot and logging outreach and pipeline activity consistently.
Actively prospecting and beginning to generate qualified opportunities.
Within 3 months:
Managing a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities and progressing prospects through the sales funnel.
Confidently delivering the PayProp pitch and handling objections effectively.
Demonstrating consistent outreach, meeting volume, and pipeline growth targets.
Within 6 months:
Closing deals and hitting initial revenue targets.
Becoming a visible and valued member of the sales team, contributing ideas and feedback on lead quality, messaging and sales strategy.
Developing deeper property industry knowledge and confidently engaging with senior stakeholders.
What’s in it for you?
We operate a Flexible Working Policy and we would like for you to work from our London office 3 days week.
