Harvey Nichols curates an edit of the world’s most sought-after fashion brands. About the role…

As our new Senior Client Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them explore collections and discover pieces that empower their individual style. You’ll deliver an exceptional and enjoyable 5* experience by:

• Guiding clients through our exclusive collections, from ready-to-wear, accessories, footwear and seasonal trends

• Using your expert styling knowledge to offer tailored advice and create personalised looks for every occasion

• Building and maintaining authentic, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring an elevated experience at every touchpoint

• Staying ahead of the latest fashion trends, designers, and runway innovations to inspire and inform clients

• Maintaining immaculate presentation across the shop floor and ensuring collections are displayed to the highest standard

• Being flexible and available when our clients need you most, including evenings and weekends
