- Deliver against both personal and business KPIs
- Help develop and roll out the PPC strategy with your manager in form, owning, implementing and measuring performance
- Optimise & deliver PPC campaigns to business objectives, both financially & strategically
- Carry out onsite web analytics analysis to optimise the complete consumer journey & pro-actively suggest improvements to PPC and internal architecture
- Have a close working relationship with major search engines and tool/technology suppliers to ensure an understanding of any new areas of development
- Analyse Google, Microsoft and wider industry insights & trends to inform data-driven decisions
- Work with internal and external agency teams to plan, understand impact, performance & target to optimise all campaigns to deliver against business objectives, both financially & strategically
- Deliver and manage new product launches across your channels
- Drive conversion of journeys through analyses and optimisation with the support of your colleagues in Digital insight, UI/UX and ecommerce
- Carry out onsite journeys analysis to continuously enhance efficiency of your channels
- Oversee and analyse existing campaigns performance and manage optimization through agency and internal teams
- Own reporting and produce detailed analysis and reports for weekly & monthly performance of Paid Search channel and own periodic as well as ad-hoc reporting requests for your channel
- Present insights and reporting to audiences varying from your manager, to the online team as well as, from time to time, all of the iD business
- Write creative and engaging copy to highlight key USPs for digital ads
- Build and maintain a performance tracker to share the health of PPC/PMax/Shopping program with iD management
Required Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrable experience of Paid Search as a PPC executive, analyst or specialist within a search agency or an in-house digital team
- A good understanding of how PPC/PMax/Shopping fit into the wider digital strategy
- Good interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, with a strong ability to present information effectively to a range of audiences
- Strong commercial aptitude with effective communication skills
- Well versed with new ad technology including PMax & DSAs to drive better value for business
- Able to independently manage campaigns briefs for the agency liaising with marketing, design and trading teams
- Experience of working with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and data manipulation
- Highly organised and detail-minded in order to effectively manage commercially confidential documentation
- Strong problem-solving skills and a good level of mathematical ability
- Excellent attention to detail & creative writing skills
- Industry experience is highly desirable in order to bring credible business acumen to inform planning and decision-making
