About the Team
You'll be joining our Strategy and Transformation Team. The team works closely with senior leadership, operational stakeholders, and colleagues across service lines, supporting them with technology delivery, strategic change, and digital transformation. We pride ourselves on being collaborative, innovative, and outcome-focused, offering exposure to firm-wide transformation initiatives, cross-functional projects, and the opportunity to help shape our evolving capabilities during a significant period of change.
A Message from the Hiring Manager
We're looking forward to welcoming a new addition to our team. You'll be joining an ambitious yet grounded group of professionals who care deeply about delivering high-quality outcomes and supporting one another along the way. This is a pivotal moment for BKL, and this role sits right at the heart of it. If you're a structured, commercially minded leader who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments and is motivated to drive meaningful and lasting change - we'd be delighted to hear from you.
Your Opportunity
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the centre of our Strategy and Transformation team, leading the end-to-end integration of a recently merged or acquired entity into BKL. You'll be responsible for turning strategic deal ambitions into practical, measurable outcomes - from Day 1 readiness through to full operational integration. With real ownership, direct senior exposure, and scope to influence how our combined organisation evolves, this is a rare opportunity to make a tangible difference while accelerating your own career.
How You’ll Make a Difference
In this role, you will:
Own and drive the master integration plan - coordinating all functional workstreams (Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Legal, Client Services) to ensure end-to-end delivery aligned to the deal rationale and business case
Lead the Integration Management Office (IMO) - acting as the central coordination point across the combined business, managing interdependencies, risks, and escalations
Manage senior stakeholder relationships - including C-suite and Board-level reporting, steering committee facilitation, and regular progress communications across all levels of the organisation
Track synergy delivery - working closely with Finance to monitor cost and revenue synergies against targets, flagging variances and supporting investor/Board reporting
Drive Day 1 readiness and beyond - ensuring operational continuity, regulatory compliance, and a smooth transition experience for clients and colleagues
Lead business change and culture integration activity - partnering with HR and Communications to develop and deliver change management, employee engagement, and talent retention strategies
Facilitate workshops and chair integration forums - driving decisions, resolving blockers, and maintaining momentum across a complex, multi-workstream programme
You’ll Be Ideal for This Role If You Have:
Proven experience (8+ years) managing complex post-merger, acquisition, or large-scale business transformation programmes
A track record of operating at senior leadership level, managing C-suite and Board stakeholders with credibility and confidence
Strong end-to-end programme delivery and governance experience, with the ability to hold workstream leads to account
Experience leading business change activity alongside operational integration — including culture, communications, and people change
Strong commercial acumen and a clear understanding of deal rationale, synergy capture, and value creation
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills — able to influence without direct authority
The ability to work autonomously, juggle competing priorities, and maintain focus in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
Experience across multiple business functions — including Finance, IT, HR, and Operations
A background in professional services, management consulting, corporate development, or a fast-paced corporate environment (desirable but not essential)
A recognised Project or Programme Management qualification — PMP, PRINCE2, MSP or equivalent (highly desirable)
Change management qualification — Prosci, ACMP or equivalent (desirable)
We know you have a lot to offer, which is why we give you the freedom to thrive, no matter who you are or what your background is.
