As we accelerate growth across Parcels, Express, International and Letters , we’re looking for an exceptional New Business Sales Director to take ownership of our national acquisition strategy.

What you’ll be doing
- Leading and inspiring a high-performing national sales team
- Driving strategic prospecting and major client acquisition

- Partnering across Product, Pricing, Marketing, Operations & Tech
- Embedding data-led decision making and commercial discipline
- Acting as a senior commercial voice on key growth initiatives
Who we’re looking for
You’re a senior sales leader with a track record of delivering sustained growth and winning complex deals .
You likely bring:
- Deep expertise in ecommerce, parcels or logistics markets
- Experience leading multi-channel sales teams at scale
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder credibility
- A passion for building high-performing teams and developing talent
- The ability to lead through change in fast-paced environments
