Year 3 Teacher | Wandsworth
An ambitious Wandsworth primary is looking for a creative and reflective Year 3 Teacher to join Key Stage 2 on a Full-Time basis from January 2026. The successful Year 3 Teacher will be invited to collaborative planning before January 2026, will attend induction in January 2026, and will teach from January 2026 as the Year 3 Teacher. This Full-Time Year 3 Teacher role suits someone who enjoys designing enquiry-based topics, building vocabulary across subjects and leading rigorous mathematics teaching.

Year 3 Teacher Responsibilities
The Year 3 Teacher will plan progressive maths and English sequences as the Year 3 Teacher, lead practical and investigative science as the Year 3 Teacher, and design cross-curricular projects that deepen knowledge as the Year 3 Teacher. The Year 3 Teacher will run targeted interventions, track progress and present outcomes in phase meetings after January 2026. The Year 3 Teacher will prepare resources prior to January 2026, will take part in induction in January 2026, and will teach from January 2026 as the Year 3 Teacher.
Year 3 Teacher Candidate profile
We require a Year 3 Teacher with QTS, strong KS2 practice and proven ability to raise standards. The Year 3 Teacher should be collaborative, data-literate and passionate about curriculum design. The Year 3 Teacher must be available for pre-term planning prior to January 2026, induction in January 2026, and a Full-Time start in post from January 2026.
