Senior Manager, Personal Tax - HNW Entrepreneurs

Advise serial entrepreneurs, business owners and their families as a key member of one of London’s premier Private Client Tax teams.

You’ll work with leading Partners and Directors, advising on a wide range of income and capital taxes issues effecting HNW business owners including:

• Extraction of wealth
• Shareholder planning
• Pre and post exit tax planning
• Succession advice
• Transaction related advice
• Property related advice

As a Senior Manager, you’ll perform a key client-facing role, managing relationships and delivering advice. You’ll be commercially astute, used to managing and utilising junior advisers, as well as demonstrating an interest in developing your skills towards Director grade. You’ll also get involved with business development initiatives, attending networking events and beginning to build referral contacts.

This is a collegiate team offering a supportive environment in which to build your career to a senior level. Salary will depend on experience but is likely to be in the region £83k-£93k + bens + bonus. The team also offers hybrid working 2-3 days a week. Ref 5203
