- Support stakeholder engagement by drafting communications, coordinating meetings, and recording actions.
- Monitor project progress against timelines and escalate risks or issues where appropriate.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting new approaches and supporting the evaluation of completed projects.

- A recent or soon-to-be graduate with a strong degree (2:1 or above).
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage complex information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence in handling large documents and producing clear, accurate outputs.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and sound judgement.
- Ambition, enthusiasm, and a desire to build a career in higher education.
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A collaborative approach and a willingness to learn from others.
KEY RESULT AREAS:
- Produces accurate, timely project documentation and analysis with strong attention to detail, even when handling large or complex documents.
- Delivers assigned tasks to a high standard, supporting projects to stay on track and proactively highlighting risks or issues.
