Prospective accountants can start the ACA qualification after completing an undergraduate degree in any subject. They don’t have to have studied accountancy, business, or finance. - Work on real projects: Contribute to client engagements, prepare financial statements, conduct audits, and provide business insights that help drive success for your employer.
- Pursue the ACA qualification: Undertake the ICAEW ACA qualification, with support from your employer, including study leave, exam fees, and a structured training programme.
- Develop Essential skills: Build your expertise in financial reporting, business strategy, data analysis, and communication, laying the foundation for a successful career as an ICAEW Chartered Accountant.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Recent Graduate: You should have an undergraduate degree in any discipline. A background in finance, accounting, business, or economics is advantageous but not essential.
- Analytical Thinker: You enjoy working with numbers and have a keen eye for detail.
- Strong Communicator: You can clearly and effectively explain complex information, both in writing and verbally.
- Motivated and Ambitious: You’re proactive, eager to learn, and ready to take on the challenges of a demanding career.
- Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited to work closely with colleagues and clients.
What You’ll Gain:
- Support for ACA qualification: Your employer will cover the costs of your ACA exams and provide study leave to help you succeed in gaining the ICAEW ACA qualification.
- Practical experience: Gain real-world experience from day one, working on projects that contribute to the success of your employer and your own professional development.
- Ongoing mentorship and development: Benefit from the guidance of experienced mentors and continuous professional development opportunities.
- A prestigious qualification: The ICAEW ACA qualification is globally recognised and will position you as a leader in the finance industry.
