  • Maintain strong communication with management, reporting progress and issues

  • Support and mentor junior engineers on site

  • Participate in an on-call rota (1 in 8, post probation) with £200 weekly standby

Team Structure & Support

  • You will lead a team of 2 on-site engineers plus on-site contract support

  • Reporting directly to the Line Manager / Contract Manager

  • Supported by wider Pareto FM engineering and operations teams

  • Strong emphasis on collaboration, knowledge sharing and team development

  • Fully qualified in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Level 2/3 or equivalent)

  • Proven experience as a Lead Engineer or senior technical role

  • Strong understanding of building compliance and statutory maintenance

  • 18th Edition (if electrically biased)

  • On-call rota: 1 in 8 (post 6-month probation)

  • Weekly standby allowance: £200

  • Overtime available as required
