Our client is seeking an organised and approachable School Administrator to join a welcoming secondary school in Oxfordshire on an ASAP basis. This is a key support role within the school office, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced school environment and supporting pupils, staff, and families.
The Role
Providing day-to-day administrative support to the school office
Managing enquiries from parents, visitors, and external professionals
Supporting attendance, admissions, and pupil records
Assisting with safeguarding and compliance-related administration
Supporting senior leaders and teaching staff with administrative tasks
Maintaining accurate records and using school management systems
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Previous experience in an administrative role (school-based experience desirable)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office and databases
Clear communication skills and a professional, friendly manner
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work calmly under pressure
An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
The legal right to work in the UK
