Luxury Beauty Therapist
Our client is a luxury skincare brand is rooted in heritage and known for combining cutting-edge science with naturally sourced mineral-rich ingredients. Inspired by centuries-old spa traditions, the brand is celebrated for its efficacious formulations that blend innovation, with a holistic, sensorial experience.
With a strong presence in global luxury retail and spa locations, they offer a curated range of treatments and products designed to restore, protect, and visibly transform the skin.
Their products are available internationally at top retailers such as Liberty London, Harrods, SpaceNK, Sephora, and Nordstrom.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional service and memorable treatments in order to achieve an end-to-end luxurious customer experience.
You will also be required to work collaboratively with the retail team and act as a true brand champion to collectively ensure the commercial success of their retail locations, including their unique standalone Institute.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality facial and body treatments in line with brand protocols.
- Provide personalised consultations and skincare solutions based on skin analysis.
- Drive sales by confidently recommending and selling products.
- Build long-term customer relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Follow up with clients post-treatment as part of the customer journey.
- Maintain accurate customer records and treatment history.
- Meet individual sales targets while contributing to team objectives.
- Ensure the treatment rooms and store/ retail location uphold luxury brand standards.
- Support and participate in store events to enhance brand awareness and maximise sales.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting a positive and professional environment.
Experience Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 qualification in beauty therapy.
- Experience in retail or spa environments a bonus, ideally in a customer-focused beauty setting.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products and skincare treatments.
- Ability to deliver personalised treatments and confidently recommend products.
- Understanding of spa policies, equipment, and safety regulations.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, discreet, and customer-focused approach.
- Works well both independently and within a team.
- Basic computer literacy for appointment bookings and payment processing.
- Able to work flexible days/ hours.
