Financial Controller
- Oversee and manage all financial operations within the accounting and finance department.
- Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal financial policies.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes effectively.
- Analyse financial data to support strategic decision-making within the retail industry.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
