An inclusive and nurturing primary school in Hounslow is seeking an experienced and compassionate EYFS Teacher to join their team from after October half-term 2025 . This is a wonderful opportunity for an enthusiastic and empathetic educator who has a strong background in special educational needs (SEN) and a passion for early years education.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to children in the Early Years Foundation Stage , ensuring that every child — including those with additional needs — is supported to make excellent progress both academically and socially.

Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to children in the Early Years Foundation Stage , ensuring that every child — including those with additional needs — is supported to make excellent progress both academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging EYFS lessons tailored to meet a range of learning needs
  • Work closely with support staff and SEN professionals to implement individual learning plans
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that fosters curiosity and confidence
  • Monitor and evaluate progress, ensuring each child receives the support they need to thrive
  • Build strong relationships with parents and carers to encourage active involvement in their child’s learning
  • Contribute positively to the wider school community and uphold the school’s inclusive ethos

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and early child development
  • Proven experience supporting pupils with SEN (e.g. ASD, speech and language needs, or global developmental delay)
  • Excellent differentiation and behaviour management skills
  • A compassionate and patient approach to teaching
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and organisational abilities
