The Role
We are hiring recent university graduates to grow the next generation of services consultants through our Consultant Development Program. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where you help solve complex business challenges and get to be hands-on with technology everyday.

This role doesn’t require a background in life sciences or technology. You bring your drive and ability to learn; we’ll provide education on the industry, technical training, and robust opportunities to develop your consulting skills and grow your career.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with customers, providing expertise on Veeva’s applications and platform
- Configure Veeva software under the guidance of experienced architects and project leads
- Collaborate in teams to help implement and optimize Veeva software by contributing in key roles (e.g., project management, solution design and configuration workshops, validation, integration, migration, training)
REQUIREMENTS | We are looking for graduates who meet the following requirements:
- Thrives in a challenging, intense environment that rewards initiative and rapid learning
- Desire to be hands-on with technology
- Fluent in English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong critical thinking skills with an analytical mindset
- University Degree (BA, BS, or BBA Degree) with strong academic performance in any field of study

- Willingness to travel as needed up to 20-30% of the time
THE PROCESS | Our process is different from most. It is designed to be fast, efficient and respectful. Here are the steps:
- You submit your resume, short cover letter of questions, and take a personality test
- Within one week we will notify you via email if we would like to go to the next step or not
- The next step is a 60-minute interview followed by a case exercise. You will have two days to prepare for the case exercise
- Within one week after this step, we will give you an offer or let you know that we do not wish to move forward
- You will have two weeks to accept our offer or not. If you accept, we will hold a spot for you and expect you to show up on your start date. Accepting an offer and continuing to interview would be an ethical violation in our view
Compensation
- Starting Salary: 37,000 GBP
- After one year, if you perform well, you will receive a significant compensation increase and earn a monthly bonus
Work Authorization: Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United Kingdom. Veeva does not provide sponsorship for employment visa status for this employment position.
Work Environment: Veeva is a Work Anywhere company. You can choose to work in an office or remotely from home on any given day of the week. Associate Consultants must live within a maximum commuting distance of 45 minutes to 1 hour from Veeva’s London office and typically go to the office two to three days per week.
