Fabric Development Coordinator

JOB PURPOSE
The Fabric Development Coordinator supports the fabric team by managing shipments, tracking developments, and handling administrative tasks. This role ensures smooth logistics and accurate documentation throughout the fabric development process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate daily shipments and liaise with customs and couriers.
- Maintain shipment logs and update the team on delivery timelines.
- Create POs for developments, samples, and tirelles; track seasonal costs and invoices.
- Organise fabric movements between atelier and suppliers; assist with urgent arrivals.
- Archive fabric samples and boards digitally; manage seasonal archiving.
- Generate commercial invoices and post them via VIM.
- Support vendor onboarding and logistics with the RMP team.
- Assist with meeting setups and general team admin.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Experience in logistics or production coordination, ideally in fashion/textiles.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and courier platforms.
- Familiarity with PO and invoice systems (e.g., VIM) is a plus.
