We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Teaching Assistant to support a KS2 pupil on a 1:1 basis within a specialist all-boys SEMH school in Wandsworth. The student presents with social, emotional and mental health needs, and may also have additional diagnoses such as ADHD or autism. You will work closely with the class teacher and therapy team to provide consistent, trauma-informed support, helping the pupil access learning and regulate emotions. This role requires a calm, patient, and firm approach, with a strong focus on building trust and promoting positive behaviour. Experience in SEMH, PRU, or alternative provision settings is highly desirable. The School – SEMH All-Boys School
This specialist setting supports boys aged 5–19 with SEMH needs. The primary phase benefits from purpose-built classrooms, outdoor learning spaces, and access to therapeutic interventions including speech & language, occupational therapy, and animal therapy.
