Teaching Assistant - West London Academy
We are looking for a caring and dedicated Teaching Assistant to support learning across a large secondary academy in West London . This permanent, full-time role is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting young people.

About the Role
Responsibilities include:
• Supporting students in class across a range of subjects
• Working 1:1 or in small groups with pupils needing additional support
• Assisting teachers with classroom management and preparation
• Helping maintain accurate pupil progress records
• Contributing to pastoral and behaviour support
Experience & Qualifications
• Experience working with young people (school experience desirable)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
Salary
Paid to support staff scale.
