Drama (ECT Support) - Islington Outstanding School

The Role & Responsibilities Working with highly motivated and talented students, you will handle the vital classroom and stage work that brings our Drama department to life.
Subject Instruction: Delivering engaging Drama lessons across KS3 and KS4, balancing physical performance skills with the study of technical stagecraft and practitioners.
Production Leadership: Taking a key role in directing school-wide performances and overseeing lunchtime drama clubs to build student confidence.
Assessment Excellence: Utilizing high-level, constructive feedback to help students improve their performance, vocal, and analytical skills.
Scholarly Mentorship: Guiding students through scholarship applications, university auditions, and Trinity/LAMDA examinations.
Requirements
Degree: A degree in Drama, Theatre Studies, or Performing Arts.
QTS: Mandatory for this position.
Right to Work: Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.
Salary & Contract Details
Salary Range: £40,317 – £62,496 (M1 – UPS3 equivalent)
Hours: Full-time | Permanent | ASAP Start
