PR Executive
Mission of the PR Executive
The PR Executive will help to drive the planning and execution of PR and influencer activity across the UK & Ireland. Leading day-to-day PR tasks, campaign delivery & being in charge of reporting within the team (with the support of a PR Intern). The role will help to drive & boost awareness, EMV, and rankings for Givenchy in the UK.
Main Responsibilities:
Leadership:
- Line manage and mentor the PR Intern, ensuring effective delegation, upskilling, and delivery of team objectives.
- Act as the day-to-day lead for our external PR agency, managing daily workflows and ensuring alignment with brand priorities and expectations.
- Be the UK PR champion & main contact for Global PR teams – ensuring the vision of Global teams is blended effectively with local objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, e.g. Marketing, Commercial, Education, to help deliver PR activations for key launches & working with key retailers.
- KPIs: UK strategy set with external PR Agency & General Manager. Internal departments aligned behind strategies
Campaign Planning:
- With the General Manager, help to drive the external PR agency to deliver outstanding PR results & reach EMV targets
- Ensure global guidelines, press releases & all relevant material is supplied to the agency in a timely manner to ensure launch PR plans are complete.
- Support the external PR agency in the planning and execution of novelty PR and influencer strategies, ensuring alignment with brand objectives across paid & earned channels.
- Coordinate all aspects of novelty seeding, including talent identification, briefing, content approvals, and performance tracking (with PR intern & external PR agency)
- Oversee the reporting process to deliver accurate and timely influencer and PR reports – including weekly updates, monthly summaries, and campaign wrap-ups.
- KPIs: PR Plans in place for each launch with Appropriate investment secured, both internally and externally, to meet targets set.
Influencer Management:
- Work with marketing & external PR agency where necessary to facilitate brand events– from concept through to guest list development, logistics, on-site management, and post-event wrap-up.
- Build and maintain strong organic relationships with key influencers, identifying and nurturing long-term brand advocates.
- Leverage influencer tracking platforms to monitor campaign performance, optimise influencer partnerships, and identify new talent.
- Drive brand visibility and influencer engagement through both proactive outreach and reactive opportunities.
- KPIs: Achievement of EMV & clipping targets
Profile:
- At least 4 years' experience in influencer marketing and PR
- Experience operating a minimum of executive level
- Proven experience leading influencer campaigns
- Proven experience in planning and executing press/influencer events
- Strong existing knowledge of the influencer landscape and industry trends
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing
- Excellent project and event management skills
- Ability to lead agencies and coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and attention to detail
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Confident communicator and relationship-builder
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
- Skilled in influencer tracking tools
