Events Staff - Arcade Escape Experience

We’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable Event Assistants to help bring an exciting new arcade-game-inspired escape experience to life in Shoreditch starting this December!

This fast-paced, immersive project needs confident communicators who love working with people and creating memorable guest experiences. If that sounds like you — we want to hear from you!

Your Role:

As an Event Assistant, you’ll help ensure guests have a smooth, enjoyable and memorable visit. Responsibilities include:

🙋 Guest Welcome & Check-In – Greeting visitors and helping them get started

🎮 Player Support – Offering guidance during the experience and answering questions

😊 Customer Care – Ensuring every guest feels confident, included, and supported

🧼 Venue Upkeep – Keeping the space clean, safe, and ready for the next group

📣 Team Collaboration – Staying in sync with your team and escalating issues when needed.
