Cradle Operative
Cradle Operative Required!
RecruitEasy are looking for an experienced Cradle Operative to work for our client based in Canary Wharf, Greater London.
Duration: Long-Term
Start Date: 23/03/2026
Pay Rate: Up To £18.00 Per Hour - paid weekly!
Pay rate depending on experience and/or tickets.
**We do not use umbrella companies to process your pay!**
Job Roles:
- Supervise cradle operations on a high‑rise building
- Operate and assist with cradle systems as required
- Oversee safety and compliance onsite
- Support the window restoration team with daily tasks
- Liaise with site management and report progress
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with cradles
- Confident working at height on multi‑storey buildings
- Strong understanding of cradle safety and operation
- CSCS card would be an advantage
- Ability to start training and onboarding in advance of the April start date
