M&E Buyer - London
Key Responsibilities
*
Procure Mechanical & Electrical materials, plant, and subcontract packages in line with project requirements
*
Manage supplier sourcing, negotiations, and contract awards
*
Ensure best value procurement while maintaining quality and compliance standards
*
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams
*
Monitor budgets, lead times, and delivery schedules
*
Maintain accurate procurement records and reporting
*
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
Key Requirements
*
Proven experience as an M&E Buyer within Facilities Management, construction, or building services
*
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and supply chains
*
Excellent negotiation and commercial skills
*
Ability to manage multiple packages in a fast-paced project environment
*
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
*
Proficient in procurement systems and MS Office
*
London-based or able to commute regularly
