Real Estate Account Executive

We are recruiting on behalf of a well respected, independent Insurance Broker to help find an account executives to specialise in the Real Estate sector. They have a brilliant name in the Real Estate/Property insurance market and are looking due to growth.

Overview:

As an Account Executive specializing in the Real Estate sector, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of clients within the industry. You will work closely with underwriters to provide tailored insurance solutions and ensure excellent client service.

Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Real Estate sector
* Identify client needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions
* Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions
* Prepare and present client proposals and reports
* Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure retention and growth

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in insurance account handling or a related role
* Strong understanding of the Real Estate industry and associated insurance needs
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
* Relevant insurance qualifications or willingness to pursue them

Day-to-day:

* Engage with clients to understand their insurance requirements
* Liaise with underwriters to obtain competitive quotes and coverage terms
* Prepare and deliver client presentations and reports
* Monitor market trends and industry developments to provide informed advice to clients
