A well-resourced Independent School in Richmond seeks an enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher on a Full-Time contract from January 2026 . This Independent School prides itself on a broad, enrichment-led curriculum and a reflective teaching culture. The successful Year 4 Teacher will begin induction and planning before January 2026 , and will teach from January 2026 with strong leadership support.

• Year 4 Teacher to join an experienced KS2 phase — start January 2026
Year 4 Teacher Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver ambitious Year 4 lessons as the Year 4 Teacher .
• Use assessment to accelerate progress as the Year 4 Teacher .
• Lead enrichment and support transition to upper KS2 as the Year 4 Teacher .
• Communicate progress and build partnerships with families as the Year 4 Teacher .
Year 4 Teacher Requirements
• QTS and recent KS2 experience as a Year 4 Teacher .
• A Year 4 Teacher who is creative, organised and committed to pupil wellbeing.
• Strong pedagogical knowledge and collaborative approach expected of the Year 4 Teacher.
