School Administrator – Outstanding Secondary School – Camden

Start Date: As soon as possible
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Paid to scale

School Information

This Outstanding Ofsted-rated 11–18 secondary school in Camden continues to be recognised for its academic excellence, strong pastoral systems, and collaborative staff culture. The school is well known for its inclusive ethos, celebrating diversity and ensuring every student is supported to reach their potential. Staff describe it as a professional yet warm environment, where good communication, teamwork, and personal development are prioritised.
The school benefits from modern facilities, excellent transport links, and a leadership team committed to continuous improvement. Administrative functions are well-established, and the school now seeks an experienced School Administrator to enhance operational efficiency across the front office and wider support services.

Role Information

The School Administrator will be responsible for maintaining the smooth day-to-day running of the school office. Core responsibilities include managing inbound enquiries, supporting attendance processes, coordinating communications, updating school databases, assisting with admissions paperwork, and providing administrative support to the senior leadership team when required.
You will also support parent communications, maintain high levels of organisation across filing systems, and assist in preparing documentation for meetings, events, and statutory reporting. Professionalism, confidentiality, and high attention to detail are essential traits for this role.
