About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious School Business Manager to drive operational excellence at a large mixed secondary academy. The successful candidate will manage finance, operations, facilities, procurement, and compliance, working closely with the Headteacher and Governing Board.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead financial planning and budgeting processes
• Manage contracts, supplies, and procurement
• Oversee site and facilities to ensure a safe, secure environment
• Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements
• Line‑manage business support teams
