Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Director to support the People & Culture function at LEGO Digital Play. This role will be pivotal in designing, implementing and managing HR processes, implementing a comprehensive rewards structure, overseeing compensation and benefits and ER. You will play a critical role in employee relations, ensuring a positive workplace culture while potentially building and leading a small team to support these initiatives.

- Design, implement and manage HR operational processes to build efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
- Implement and manage a competitive rewards structure and compensation system that aligns with our company values and objectives.
- Oversee employee relations, providing guidance and support to ensure a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify HR needs and develop processes to address them.
- Potentially build and lead a small HR operations team to support the execution of HR initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to drive continuous improvement in HR operations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Do you have what it takes?
- Extensive experience in HR operations or a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on collaboration.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into effective HR solutions.
- Experience in the gaming, technology and/or digital sector is a plus.
