Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Director to support the People & Culture function at LEGO Digital Play. This role will be pivotal in designing, implementing and managing HR processes, implementing a comprehensive rewards structure, overseeing compensation and benefits and ER. You will play a critical role in employee relations, ensuring a positive workplace culture while potentially building and leading a small team to support these initiatives.

  • Design, implement and manage HR operational processes to build efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
  • Implement and manage a competitive rewards structure and compensation system that aligns with our company values and objectives.
  • Oversee employee relations, providing guidance and support to ensure a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify HR needs and develop processes to address them.
  • Potentially build and lead a small HR operations team to support the execution of HR initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to drive continuous improvement in HR operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Extensive experience in HR operations or a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on collaboration.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into effective HR solutions.
  • Experience in the gaming, technology and/or digital sector is a plus.
