Senior HR Business Partner
- Collaborating with leaders to build and implement departmental people strategies for the upcoming year, focusing on reducing attrition and enhancing leadership team cohesion.
- Working closely with COE's and Operations teams on core people processes and management of end to end ER cases
- Ensures regular people processes, including performance reviews, talent identification and succession planning, while also approving changes to employee terms and conditions. Identifying opportunities and implementing strategies to drive business area employee performance and foster engagement
- Builds trusting working relationships with leaders through daily interactions and participation in departmental leadership meetings.
- Secures business support for HR initiatives and integrates them into business areas, partnering with relevant HR subject matter experts.
- Talent Management and Succession Planning,
- Deep understanding of Employment Law and Regulatory Compliance,
- Proficiency in Data Analysis and HR metrics.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and dynamics effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience
