Civil Design Lead

- Coordinate and oversee all civil design aspects of assigned projects.
- Ensure compliance with client technical specifications and Hitachi Energy standards.
- Manage the technical procurement process for external civil design services.
- Monitor and control civil design deliverables to meet budget, scope, and schedule.
- Review and validate civil design drawings and documentation.
- Share engineering best practices across projects and disciplines.
- Develop work plans and cost estimates, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Support contract managers in handling scope changes, claims, and risk assessments.
- Leverage leadership to influence the success of complex, large-scale industrial projects, ensuring safety, quality, and innovation at every step. Your Background
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering.
- At least 5 years of civil engineering experience, preferably on large industrial projects involving full building structures.
- Experience in both EP and EPC project environments is a plus.
- Prior hands-on experience as a Civil Designer is advantageous.
- Familiarity with procurement processes for civil design and construction.
- Proven ability to coordinate across multiple engineering disciplines.
- A flexible, open-minded approach and strong interpersonal skills.
