  • Coordinate and oversee all civil design aspects of assigned projects.
  • Ensure compliance with client technical specifications and Hitachi Energy standards.
  • Manage the technical procurement process for external civil design services.
  • Monitor and control civil design deliverables to meet budget, scope, and schedule.
  • Review and validate civil design drawings and documentation.
  • Share engineering best practices across projects and disciplines.
  • Develop work plans and cost estimates, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Support contract managers in handling scope changes, claims, and risk assessments.
  • Leverage leadership to influence the success of complex, large-scale industrial projects, ensuring safety, quality, and innovation at every step.
  • Your Background
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of civil engineering experience, preferably on large industrial projects involving full building structures.
  • Experience in both EP and EPC project environments is a plus.
  • Prior hands-on experience as a Civil Designer is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes for civil design and construction.
  • Proven ability to coordinate across multiple engineering disciplines.
  • A flexible, open-minded approach and strong interpersonal skills.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
