Maintenance Engineer- Continental Shift - Commercial building - Battersea - Temp to perm - up to £21p/h
My client is looking for a Shift Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial building In Battersea. The successful candidates will be Mechanically / Electrically biased (C&G / NVQ 2 or 3). Working with the maintenance team on site, He or she will be required to carry out General building maintenance in a commercial environment. In return, the company are offering an hourly rate of £20-21p/h. Hours of work & Salary- £20-21p/h ( paid via umbrella )
- Continental Shift - 07:00 am-19:00 pm / 19:00 pm -07:00 am
- Overtime Available
- Salary £38k - £40p/h
- Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Chillers - Re-set
- Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
- Monitor mechanical plant
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- Pumps, motors
- Water Treatment
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
- Experience working in a large commercial building, willing to learn
- Maintenance experience not necessary as training can be provided.
- DBS required
- Mechanical or Electrical qualifications ( NVQ 2 or 3 / C&G )
- You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
- Prior experience working in commercial building maintenance advantageous
- Good communication skills
- Excellent customer skills
- Must be able to get to site for 07:00am start
- Availability for a teams call prior to starting
