As aCyberSecurity Architect- Senior Manageryou will:

  • Lead the end-to-end deliveryof security projectsin complex, regulated, public sector environments

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders,building trust-based relationships and ensuring seamless execution

  • Be the Security Architecture SMEfor projects,leading teams of specialists in defining securitysolutions,strategyand roadmaps, and be a technical authorityfor alignment tonational (HMG and NCSC) and industry standards and good practice.

  • Drive business development byidentifyingopportunities within existing accounts and building new client relationships. Support and lead bid activities, delivering security responses to RFPsand SoWs.

  • Support the development of the Security Architecture andCyber practice,mentoringteam members,developingbest practice approaches to support delivery, and contributing to thought leadership.

Qualification

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

Significanttechnical experience of security in at least one of the following areas:

  • IP networking & OT

  • Software and Application Security

  • Public cloud platforms and Containerization technologies

  • Mobile technologies (Mobile application security, device/embedded systems security)

  • On-premises architecture and Virtualization

  • AI solutions

Excellence in technical securitydeliveryincluding:

  • Define the security architecture for high-profile, public facing, government digital services

  • Define the security strategy, enterprisearchitectureand roadmap for largeprogrammesof work aligned toorganisationand business objectives

  • Managing security requirements through the delivery and operational lifecycle of the system

  • Provideauthoritative specialist security advice

  • Review and thoroughly understand applications from a security perspective, using your knowledge of Secure by design, NCSC bestpracticeand control frameworks such as NIST, ISO, CIS

  • Threat modellingtechniques toidentifysecurity threats to systems

  • Provide risk and threat-based mitigation advice on system designs

  • Develop excellent working relationships with key stakeholders

Communicate effectively verbally and in writing,demonstratedthrough:

  • Effectively explain complex technical solutions to a non-technical audience

  • Writing meaningfully to deliver clear information, and guidance

  • Giving impactful presentations, articulating clearly key points

Demonstrate critical thinking by:

  • Analysingand evaluating information

  • Using information gathered to present solutions and reach decisions

Work in partnership with others to:

  • Effectively manage both internal and external stakeholders to ensuresynergy

  • Collaborate meaningfully with all parties to ensure outcomes are reached effectively

Whilst having experience in a consultancy is beneficial, demonstrable experience in working with clients/external partners in other settings will always be considered.
