ABOUT THE ROLEAward winning, Daylesford Organic, one of the most famous farming estates and organic producers in the UK. We are looking for an engaging and passionate Retail Team leader to join our team in our Pimlico Store location in Central London
SALARY :£13.34 per hour Plus Tronc (Weekly Pay)
HOURS : Full Time 40 Hours
- Welcome and engage customers with genuine care and product knowledge.
- Deliver an elevated retail experience that reflects Daylesford values of wellness and sustainability.
- Build lasting customer relationships and a loyal client base through thoughtful service.
- Share insights into our collections, ingredients, and brand philosophy.
- Support visual merchandising and maintain a pristine, inviting store environment.
- Collaborate with your team to meet sales targets and exceed expectations.
SKILLS YOU WILL BRING
- Previous retail experience, preferably with luxury retail or lifestyle brands, but not essential.
- Keeping the environment buzzing with good vibes and great service.
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
- A proactive, positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
- Flexibility to work weekends and peak trading periods.
- Having fun while working in a fast-paced, friendly environment.
