Benefits Advisor – Prestigious Financial Services Firm
A leading Financial Services organisation is seeking a Benefits Advisor to join their team and play a key role in delivering competitive and meaningful employee benefits. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about wellbeing and creating a positive workplace experience.
The Role
- Manage UK benefits processes for new joiners, leavers, and employee changes
- Take ownership of core benefits such as Gym Memberships , Cycle to Work , and Medical Screenings
- Support annual renewals and administer UK & international benefits programs
- Respond to employee queries and ensure accurate payroll data
- Maintain up-to-date benefits and wellbeing content on internal platforms
- Contribute to wellbeing initiatives and drive continuous improvement
